Planning Your First Visit

At the UND Center for Family Medicine, walk-in patients are always welcome without an appointment. You can usually see a doctor on the same day and sometimes right away. You can also call our receptionists to schedule an appointment. 

For scheduled appointments, please arrive about 15 minutes early with valid ID and insurance cards to complete entrance paperwork and answer a brief health questionnaire. For your convenience, you can complete the registration process online prior to your appointment, just proivde us with your email address as you are schedule your appointment with the receptionist. 

The UND Center for Family Medicine participates and accepts North Dakota Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Sanford, North Dakota Medicaid, Medicare, and all other insurance carriers.

New patients without insurance are expected to pay a $50.00 co-pay before their visit. If circumstances do not permit this, patients are encouraged to discuss the account with the Business Office following the appointment. Call 701-858-6700 Option 4 for questions regarding billing or insurance.
